1893 President Cabañas
August 1893 to February 1895.
There are many imperforate Cabañas in a rainbow of colors. They are peddled as "Proofs or Trials" but none ever made it to Honduras. They went straight to stamp dealers in the United States to be used as Victorian wallpaper.
Mailed in September 1894 this is a very early usage of the BH70 along with the OM.
Very late usage of the Cabañas stamp posted in January 1895. The OM and the BH70 were to become very common with the soon to be released Justice stamp.
