Status - dubious at best!
remainders - no record of governmental sales let alone distribution to post offices
counterfeits - bogus overprints are rumored to exist
At some point the one centavo overprint was added to both versions of the two centavo red.
This foursome is part of a cover created complete with BH81A cancels. Notice any oversights? Why would a private company in Tegus be using official governmental postage stamps? Not to mention there is no addressee. Hmmmmm.
