Early 1931 Airmail Issues - the T.S. de C. Control Mark
In 1931 a quantity of missing stamps was discovered by the Tribunal Superior. The investigation faltered when a higher up was discovered shot to death by a bullet in the chest. As a result the control mark that follows was added. It is somewhat different from the control mark added to the regular issues.

Mailed in Tegus in November, 1931 with Immigration Propaganda cancel and D postmark.
Mailed to Germany in February 1932 with common D and Immigration Propaganda cancels.
