BH7

BH70
2-3-2 August 1894 to November 1902

Watch for small letters and widely spaced "H O N D U R A S." This is the same cancellation used in heavy, dark black to create the Arías precancelled bogus "remainders" sold by the thousands directly to stamp dealers in 1908. The 7 bar cancel with small letters, widely spaced is unique. No need to measure. You will recognize BH70 at a glance. It is a common bar cancel on the Cabañas and Justice Seebeck covers.

BH71
2-3-2 January 1898 to July 1907

Word "HONDURAS" is raised vertically. This is another easy cancellation. Seven bars, small letters closely spaced and raised too far up is unique. Simple to spot the BH71. There is a common and well done counterfeit cancel similar to the BH71 called the BH7F.

BH73
2-3-2 March 1893 to January 1896

Very much like the BH71 but "HONDURAS" is not raised and "HONDURAS" measures longer at 16.5 mm instead of 14.5 mm. BH73

BH73C Famous mine cover with very rare one peso Seebecks. This is a very early usage of the BH73.
