Documentary Stamps 1987
The issue of 1987 was produced to overcome more problems with stolen stamps. This time a signature and date were added as a new control mark. It was a thorough housecleaning. T10 then T9.
Towards the end of 1987 the 1957 Type T8 was ordered from New York adding some larger denominations and changing the perforation to 11.
