Submit a dealer, request a correction, or send us a tip.
Listing in the directory is free. We do not charge dealers for placement and we do not accept payment to change a record. Email below is the fastest way to reach the editorial desk.
Submitting a dealer or a correction.
We don't run a contact form on this site — for two reasons. First, an open form invites bots and form-letter complaints we'd rather not parse. Second, an audit trail of email is easier for both sides if we ever need to go back to a submission a year later. Email is direct, archivable, and lets you attach links.
The four kinds of notes we read carefully:
-
01
List my dealer
Send the public Google Maps URL of the shop, plus your dealer website and any pricing pages you'd like us to read first. We'll go through our three-layer source check on a monthly cycle.
-
02
Request a correction
Send the URL of the record on this site plus a short note describing what's wrong. A public source for the correction (your own site, a state board entry) is ideal.
-
03
Suggest a dealer
Reader-side suggestions are welcome. The simplest signal is the dealer's public Google Maps URL. We'll evaluate them on the next monthly cycle.

04
Press & partnerships
Journalists and trade publications can reach the editorial desk for context on how the directory is sourced. We do not do sponsored editorial, guest posts, or affiliate placement.
Before you write.
The methodology page covers how each record is built and what the six capability signals mean — most reader questions are answered there. The home page FAQ covers practical questions about visiting a dealer (cleaning coins, photo ID, lot vs itemized appraisal).
